Low season: 1 Nov. to 23 Dec / 7 Jan to 28 Feb.

High season: 1 March to 31 Oct.

Very High season: since 23 Dec till 7 Jan and the Easter week.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: an appointment must be arranged  prior to arrival.

• CHECK-IN: not earlier  than 13:00 on arrival day, unless otherwise agreed prior to arrival.

• CHECK-OUT: not later than 10.30 am on departure day, unless otherwise agreed prior to departure.

For early morning arrivals,  clients should book the night before to guarantee access to the apartment before 13:00.

Of course, if  the apartment unit will be not busy on day in , we will allow access to  apartment before 13:00 without any charge.

We try  to guarantee check in at any time.  If will be possible to allow out of business hours arrivals, please be aware that, for this additional service, there is an extra charge of Euro 20,00. So, this amount will be charged  if your arrival will be, any day, between 20:00 and 24:00.

SPECIALS and DISCOUNTS

• If you rent any Apartments longer than a week you will get an Extra 5% to 10% OFF on the second/third week.

• If you rent more than #1 Apartment you will get an Extra 5% to 10% OFF on the additional apartment/s charge (not valid on Daily and Last Minute rates and on Very High season time).

• Baby Cot - Crib (if available) will be totally for FREE.

• Transfer from or to the apartment: Euro 55,00 (car up to 3 people with 3 lugagges), Euro 65,00 (miniVan up 5 people with 5 lugagges).
