CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: an appointment must be made prior to arrival/departure
CHECK-IN: NOT earlier than 1.00 pm on arrival day, unless otherwise agreed prior to arrival.
CHECK-OUT: NOT later than 10.30 am on departure day, unless otherwise agreed prior to departure.
CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT: for early morning arrivals, clients should book the night before to guarantee access to their apartment before 1:00 p.m.
By the way, if the apartment unit will be not busy on day in , we will allow access to apartment before 1:00 p.m. without any charge.
OUT OF BUSINESS HOURS ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES: we try to guarantee check in/out at any time. If will be possible to allow out of business hours arrivals and departures, please be aware that, for this additional service, there is an extra charge of Euro 20,00 each time. So, this amount will be charged if your arrival will be, any day, between 8:00 p.m. and 24:00 (midnight).

If you rent any Apartments longer than a week you will get an Extra 5% OFF on the second/third week (not valid for last minute rates or special rates).
Baby-Crib (if available) will be totally GRATIS. We can also provide linens for this bed.
Transfer from or to the apartment: Euro 50,00 (Car up to 3 people with 3 lugagges), Euro 60,00 (MiniVan up 5 peoplewith 5 lugagges) Euro 110,00 (Van up 6-9 people with 6-9 lugagges).
We will quote, upon request, Special Discounted rates for monthly stay.
Any extra people (sleeping on extra beds in same apartment) will stay with only Euro 20,00 daily or Euro 50,00 weekly!
